What clients say

“I was fortunate to meet Holly when I was grappling with a particularly challenging issue at work. She gave me the tools I needed to find a successful solution. She listened and guided me. When I think of Holly's leadership style and results, I think of the philosopher Lao Tzu: But with the best leaders, when the work is done, the task accomplished, the people will say "We have done this ourselves.” Holly is one of the best leaders. — Carolyn D., Director, West Palm Beach, FL

“I felt properly prepared for an interview, probably for the first time in my life....I actually enjoy going on interviews now because I know what I’m doing! The work I did with Holly was pivotal to my success.” — Paula M., Therapist, West Palm Beach, FL

You nailed what was keeping me stuck, and the process you suggested was exactly what I needed to dissolve my inner blocks. I also felt understood and safe so I could open in ways I normally wouldn't. Holly, you have both a compassionate heart and a well of wisdom that you generously share. Thanks so much!”

Job Search: Navigate the Hidden Job Market

Purpose

Most job seekers I speak to do not know that 60- to 80-percent of positions are never advertised! Even when they get frustrated applying through job boards, they don’t know any good alternatives. Many experts recommend networking to find a job but few tell you how to do it.

The Navigate the Hidden Job Market coaching program guides you to develop a personal job search campaign in which you ask for information, advice, and referrals to other people instead of asking for a job.

Your network and opportunities expand as you work the program and the skills you gain may be used long after you accept the position you seek.

Program Components

In the first phase of this program, we work together to create communication tools to help you clearly articulate what you do and where you want to work, so others can help you.

In the second phase, you’ll prepare a measurable plan to execute your campaign in a way that fits you and your available time commitment.

Excel in Job Interviews

Purpose

Would you deliver a speech or act in a play without preparation and rehearsal? Most would not. However, with much more at stake, many people go into job interviews and “wing it.”

Some people resist rehearsing because they believe they’ll sound stilted. In reality, the opposite is true. The more you rehearse, the more natural and confident you sound. You won’t go off on tangents, you don’t need to say “uh” or “um,” and your speech is efficient and to the point.

Perhaps most beneficial from the job seeker’s point of view, you gain confidence and composure because you know what to expect and what to say and what they want to ask. In fact, many say they enjoy a more conversational and relaxed interview. Such confidence puts you in control of yourself and the interview, so you can focus on conveying your strengths and what you can do for the company.

  • Prepare for the mock interview.
