May I contact you between coaching sessions?
Yes! You may email me with questions, materials, ideas, or other matters. I will answer briefly.
If further discussion is required, or if a response requires more time, then I will recommend that we discuss the matter at our next coaching session.
What are your coaching payment terms?
Coaching terms vary with the coaching package you have. All services are payable in advance. You can use PayPal credit, available through PayPal, if you qualify.
How do I pay you?
I use PayPal. You can send me money from your PayPal account OR you can use it as a guest and enter your credit card information. PayPal notifies me immediately of your payment.
May I start with a monthly coaching package and switch to the three-month coaching package?
Yes. You can switch at the beginning of your next four weeks.
What if I miss a session?
You can cancel a session and reschedule if you allow at least 24-hours' notice. If you don't show up, you forfeit the session at my discretion, unless you've had a true emergency.
If you cancel a session twice, then the next time you cancel a session, you'll forfeit the session. The reason is that I reserve a special time for you weekly or bi-weekly. When you cancel, I can't schedule anyone else into that slot, and it's lost money for me.
On the other hand, if you have a vacation or other event coming up, give me at least two weeks notice, and we can make special arrangements. This allows me time to schedule new clients or marketing events.

If we have an exploratory phone call, and I want to wait to start work with you, how long are stated fees good for?
Fees stated in an unsigned agreement or quote are good for two weeks from the time of our initial discovery consultation and may or may not change after that.
