What coaching services do you offer?
Coaching services include intensive and less intensive coaching packages for 1 1/2 hours, one month, three months or six months.
Packages of a month or more include a free assessment, emails outside of sessions, and resources.
I also offer one-time, renewable interview preparation services, including resources and a role-played interview. Regular coaching clients may have this service within their coaching package.
In addition, you can get a review with recommendations and a half-hour consultation on your résumé, social profile, website or brochure. Fees vary. See Writing Coaching, Writing Services for Self-Employed or Writing Services for Job and Career Changers, depending on your needs

May I contact you between coaching sessions?
Yes! You may email me with questions, materials, ideas, or other matters. I will answer briefly.
If further discussion is required, or if a response requires more time, then I will recommend that we discuss the matter at our next coaching session.
What are your coaching payment terms?
Coaching terms vary with the coaching package you have. All services, whether for 1 1/2 hours, three weeks, three months, or six months, are payable in advance. The longer the package term, the deeper the discount.
More detailed terms are contained in my Service Agreement, which you'll review and complete before sending me your first payment.
How do I pay you?
I use PayPal. You can send me money from your PayPal account OR you can use it as a guest and enter your credit card information. PayPal notifies me immediately of your payment.
May I start with a monthly coaching package and switch to the three-month coaching package?
Yes. You can switch at the beginning of your next four weeks.
What if I miss a session?
You can cancel a session and reschedule if you allow at least 24-hours' notice. If you don't show up, you forfeit the session at my discretion, unless you've had a true emergency.
What if I want to cancel coaching?
You can cancel coaching at the end of any scheduled month. No payments for sessions already held are returned.
In addition, if you had chosen a longer-term package with a discount, then I will return your funds minus the discount, as if you'd taken a shorter-term package.
If we have a Discovery Consultation, and I want to wait to start work with you, how long are stated fees good for?
Fees stated in an unsigned agreement are good for three months from the time of our initial discovery consultation.
If you didn't want to receive an agreement, then the fees stated on my website when we speak again are your fees.
Once you become a client, your stated fees are good for at least a year.
How do I get started with career or writing coaching?
The first step is to contact me to schedule a 30-minute, complimentary exploratory call. We'll talk about your goals and obstacles. If we both think we're a good fit for each other, I'll tell you more about how I work.
Then, if you want to continue, I'll send you my Coaching Welcome Package with a Coaching Agreement, Policies and Procedures, and other materials.
Then you complete your part of the agreement, sign it, scan it, and email it back to me.
Coaching begins after receipt of your first payment, at the appointed day and time.
